School of the Madeleine is a private Catholic elementary school located in South Clairemont in San Diego. It is the parish school of St. Mary Magdalene church and serves students from preschool (License #370806443) through eighth grade.

The school is staffed by a lay faculty dedicated to the Catholic Education of the students. School of the Madeleine has a reputation for a strong religious and academic program and student success.

NEW STUDENT APPLICATIONS FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR

Applications are currently being accepted for all grade levels. Call to schedule a tour and to meet the administration. Please complete the application and enclose all necessary documents before mailing or dropping them off at the school office. BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION PROGRAM

The School of the Madeleine participates in the Box Tops for Education Program and will be collecting General Mills' box tops. These box tops will be used to purchase educational materials. To learn more on how you can help earn cash for our school, click here.

June - school supplies (last day to donate is June 9)

Please bring these items to your child's classroom. 5B is in charge of collecting items from each classroom. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We ask that Madeleine families bring their donations to the school office, the rectory office, or they may be dropped off in the vestibule of the Church between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm.

UNIFORM EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Used school uniforms need a home. All are free! You don't need to bring in an item in order to take one. The uniform exchange is a free service for Madeleine families. If you have any questions, please contact Tina Pernicano-Wurtz.

OFFICE DEPOT 5% BACK TO SCHOOLS

Throughout 2010-2011, each time you purchase qualifying school supplies at Office Depot retail stores, they will donate 5% of your purchase amount to our school. School of the Madeleine will receive a credit of 5% of qualifying purchases to use for free supplies. All you need to do is give the cashier our school ID number, 70013744, or give the name of our school. Thank you for your participation!

UNITED WAY

School of the Madeleine is part of the United Way Donation Program. You can designate the school as the benefactor for your donation by listing the school and its address.
