REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS Registration information and applications to attend School of the Madeleine for the 2008-2009 school year are available for you to download. Please complete the application and enclose all necessary documents before mailing or dropping them off at the school office. COLLECTION FOR NEEDY FAMILIES OF CASA DE LOS POBRES May - cleaning supplies and school supplies in good condition Please bring these items to your child's classroom. 5B is in charge of collecting items from each classroom. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Thank you! COLLECTION FOR COMMUNITY CHRISTIAN SERVICE AGENCY (CCSA) May - powdered milk, boxed cereals, jams and jellies We ask that Madeleine families bring their donations to the school office, the rectory office, or they may be left in the vestibule of the Church between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm. Memorial Fund EDUCATIONAL FUND An Educational Fund has been set up for the Ricciardulli children. Donations can be made at any Washington Mutual Branch under "Crystal Ricciardulli and Children," Account No. 3951390207 UNIFORM EXCHANGE PROGRAM Used school uniforms need a home. All are free! You don't need to bring in an item in order to take one. The uniform exchange is a free service for Madeleine families. If you have any questions, please contact Tina Pernicano-Wurtz. SCRIP UPDATE We are discontinuing the Scrip program and have a limited number of gift cards available for purchase. Please contact Sherry Boulger to purchase gift cards. Thank you for your support! OFFICE DEPOT 5% BACK TO SCHOOLS Each time you purchase qualifying school supplies at Office Depot retail stores, Office Depot will donate 5% of your purchase to our school. School of the Madeleine will receive a credit of 5% of the qualifying purchases to use for FREE SUPPLIES. All you need to do is give the cashier our school ID number, which is 70013744, or give the name of our school. Thank you for your participation! UNITED WAY School of the Madeleine is part of the United Way Donation Program. You can designate the school as benefactor for your donation by listing the school and its address.
